MDF fibre boards

Standard or thin fibre MDF boards

The medium-density fibre board (MDF) uses compact wooden fibres. It is used for melamine, layering with HPL, layering with CPL, packaging, structural use, veneer, varnishing, etc. We work with brands such as EGGER, KRONOSPAN, FINSA and TAFIBRA.

We also have a special varnish fibre called Fibralac, by Finsa or Novolac of Tafibra. This material has a greater density, providing for a better machining finish, requiring less sanding and fewer layers of veneer or varnish.

This board is obtained by applying pressure and heat to wooden fibres, having previously added adhesive. It features an approximate density of 650 kg/m3.
